Season Notes
Dubuque rejoins the League after a four-year absence.
The League is divided into East and West divisions to reduce travel expenses. Teams play division rivals four times and teams in the opposite division twice for a 20-game schedule. Tournament seedings are determined by total regardless of division standings.
Des Moines Valley-Dowling (name change in 1994-1995 to Capitals) wins its first regular-season championship.
