Des Moines Dowling and Des Moines Valley merge to form the Des Moines Valley-Dowling Tigers.
Sioux City Metro changes name to Sioux City Metros.
Des Moines Public Black Knights wins its first regular-season championship and its first tournament championship. (Des Moines Public merges with Urbandale the following season.)
