SEASON NOTES

This is the first year of the new name change from Iowa High School Hockey League to Midwest High School Hockey League.

The League becomes a member of the Pointstreak Scoring Network, a complete web-based scoring and statistics application.

A treacherous winter snow impacted the start of the Varsity year-end tournament in Des Moines. All teams eventually made it to town, but game times needed to be juggled as teams trickled into town, some games being played late into the night.
