St. Joseph Griffons exit the League.

Quad City Presidents joins the League playing in the East Division.

Des Moines Oak Leafs move from the East to the West Division.

The League celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Mason City hosted the Varsity year-end tournament at the North Iowa Ice Arena on the grounds of the North Iowa Fair. The banquet was held at the historic Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa.
